Terms of Service

1. Service and eligibility

Reddit Studio provides organic Reddit strategy and account management for lawful adult-industry creators and businesses. The service is available only to clients aged 18 or older who have legal capacity to enter an agreement.

2. Independent service

Reddit Studio is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit. Reddit is a trademark of its respective owner. The service does not control Reddit, its communities, moderators, systems, rules, or enforcement decisions.

3. Client authority, consent, and content rights

Clients must:

Have the legal right and authority to use every account they provide.
Have informed consent and necessary releases for every person appearing in supplied content.
Own or hold sufficient rights to all photos, videos, copy, links, and other supplied materials.
Ensure all creators and depicted persons are adults aged 18 or older.
Provide accurate information and protect access credentials shared through agreed secure channels.

4. Platform-compliant activity

Strategies and account activity must respect applicable platform rules and community requirements. The service does not include vote manipulation, spam, fake engagement, harassment, impersonation, ban evasion, or other prohibited behavior. Reddit Studio may decline or stop instructions that create legal, safety, consent, or platform-compliance concerns.

5. Content boundaries

The model’s stated content boundaries are part of the strategy. Recommendations are adapted to the individual and do not require a creator to produce or publish content they do not consent to. Unless separately agreed in writing, Reddit Studio provides strategy, ideas, outfit suggestions, GIF and format recommendations, and content direction; it does not independently produce the model’s photos or videos.

6. Results and platform risk

Organic growth outcomes are not guaranteed. Reach, profile traffic, engagement, subscribers, conversion, revenue, account status, and timing depend on factors outside Reddit Studio’s control, including account history, niche, content availability, audience response, platform conditions, moderation, and consistency. No account can be promised as risk-free.

7. Fees, payment, cancellation, and refunds

The website states the current package price and accepted payment methods. The $700 aged-account price applies only to the first month when the client or agency provides an eligible account that passes manual review. Standard pricing applies after the first month.

BUSINESS OWNER ACTION: insert final invoicing schedule, due dates, taxes, service start, renewal, cancellation notice, refund policy, non-payment, chargeback, and cryptocurrency terms. No term should be treated as final until added to the client agreement and reviewed.

8. Confidentiality and privacy

Each party should protect non-public business, account, and creator information with reasonable care. Contact-form handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Any operational data-sharing terms and security responsibilities must be included in the final agreement.

9. Suspension and termination

Final grounds and procedures for suspension or termination—including illegality, lack of consent, platform abuse, non-payment, security risk, and material breach—must be defined in the signed agreement. Emergency action may be necessary where continuing would create a credible legal, safety, or platform-compliance risk.

10. Liability, governing law, and disputes

The business owner and legal adviser must insert jurisdiction-appropriate warranties, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution provisions. These terms intentionally do not invent those provisions.

11. Changes

Final terms should explain how changes are communicated and when they take effect. Material service terms should be agreed with the client rather than changed retroactively without notice.
